I have over 10 years experience in the mortgage industry. I began my career as a receptionist at a mortgage company (ironically, the very same company that I am working for today). I worked my way up the ladder through various positions; learning each one and taking what I learned from position to position to make me the accomplished loan officer I am today. Learning each job from the ground up has made me a much better lender for my clients; I know and understand the process and I will hold your hand throughout it!
My husband (Brooks) and I live in Effingham County with our three children – Connor is 11, Faith is 8 and Alissa is 3. We spend most of our time ferrying the kids from one activity or another….Connor plays travel baseball and Faith takes gymnastics. Alissa just wreaks havoc and we get our exercise chasing her. I volunteer at their schools and recreational activities; and when I get a free minute to myself I absolutely love to read, play tennis, poker and shop. (that’s right, I love to shop – I don’t mind admitting it J)
No matter how many clients I am currently working with, you will think you are the only one. I will answer my phone (even at the ballpark!) or return your call promptly (and my idea of promptly is within the hour, NOT the end of the day). I will explain the costs, rates and fees to you honestly and simply. I will go over each form and disclosure with you and answer all of your questions patiently. Whether this is the first house or the tenth house you are buying, jumping through the hoops of applying for a mortgage can be stressful - but it doesn’t have to be if you have the right lender. I will make this process comfortable and stress free!
